Beginner’s Question: How Can I Incorporate Artistic Whims into My Daily Routine?

I’ve been wanting to bring more creativity into my everyday life, but find it hard to carve out dedicated “art time.” So I’m curious, how do you ⁢folks sprinkle in artistic expression into your routine without ‌it feeling⁤ like another chore?

I’m thinking beyond just setting aside an hour for ⁢painting, ‌although that’s great if you can manage! I mean things like doodling during a ⁢boring meeting (if appropriate, of course!), trying out ⁤funky color⁢ combinations when choosing ⁤your outfit, using your ‌commute to people-watch and imagine stories ‍about them, or even just paying⁢ really close attention to the light as you wash dishes and appreciating the patterns.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for quick, easily integrated activities that satisfy the creative urge? What are some unexpected ⁢places or times you’ve found inspiration striking, and how did‍ you act on it? I’m open to any and all ‍ideas, big⁢ or small!
